Sectional flights are individual 360 degree sections of helices/flights formed from a flat plate. These flights are joined together and welded on a shaft to use in various applications such as screw conveyors, augers, feedmixers augers, screw piles, screw presses etc

Ribbon flights are continuous, large diameter one-piece helices formed from bar or cut plate. Ribbon flights usually have a thin flange width and large pitch. The most common application of ribbon flights are snow blowers and screw presses.

Flights with legs and/or notches on inside and outside perimeter edges. Our technology allows pre cut formation of legs and notches on flights on a range of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, AR or even hard plates.
